Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and hardworking Sous Chef to join our team for the busy season. This is a demanding role that requires excellent culinary skills, strong teamwork, and the ability to perform under pressure. You will assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in food preparation and cooking to a high standard.
Support the Head Chef in kitchen operations.
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Train and supervise junior kitchen staff as needed.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role.
Ability to handle high-volume service.
Strong work ethic and stamina for long shifts.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
