Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support hotel staff across departments
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, particularly during peak times
Monitor cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards
Assist with staff training and shift scheduling
Handle cash, reports, and basic administrative tasks
Requirements:
Previous hotel or hospitality supervisory experience
